Wedlisse Plumbers — plumbing services

Where We Work

Plumbing Service Areas

El Dorado Hills is our home base, and we also serve selected communities across El Dorado, Sacramento and Placer counties. Coverage can vary by property, so the best step is to call and confirm availability for your address.

We keep our coverage focused rather than spread thin — it's how we stay responsive and get to know the home styles and plumbing systems common to each community, from custom hillside properties to established family neighborhoods.

A California foothill residential neighborhood in the El Dorado Hills area
Primary Service Area

El Dorado Hills, CA

El Dorado Hills climbs from the shore of Folsom Lake up into oak-covered ridgelines, and the homes climb with it. Gated villages like Serrano and The Promontory sit alongside newer neighborhoods south of Highway 50 such as Blackstone, and the busy Town Center and El Dorado Hills Boulevard corridor ties it all together. That spread of terrain and home styles is exactly why plumbing here rarely looks the same from one street to the next, and Wedlisse Plumbers works across all of it, from a dripping angle stop to a full water heater replacement.

Established foothill neighborhood with large lots and mature trees in Cameron Park, California
El Dorado County

Cameron Park, CA

Cameron Park grew up along Highway 50 as an established foothill community with a character all its own, from the trails and disc golf around Cameron Park Lake to the fly-in homes of the Airpark, where wide streets double as taxiways and garages hold aircraft. Its neighborhoods run from tidy subdivisions to golf-course homes near the country club and larger lots with mature landscaping, and some properties still rely on private wells. Wedlisse Plumbers helps homeowners here with repairs and projects across that variety.

Rural-residential foothill property with large parcels in Shingle Springs, California
El Dorado County

Shingle Springs, CA

Shingle Springs sits in the Gold Country foothills along Highway 50, a rural-residential community where many properties spread across acreage and rely on private wells and septic systems rather than municipal service. Ranch-style and contemporary homes share the area with pasture, and the freedom of a larger parcel comes with its own plumbing to look after. Wedlisse Plumbers helps homeowners here with exactly that kind of property.

Historic hillside town neighborhood with older homes in Placerville, California
El Dorado County

Placerville, CA

Placerville is a Gold Rush town at heart, with the 1800s storefronts of Main Street, the steep lanes of Cedar Ravine, and older homes tucked along the ravines where the diggings once ran. Beyond the historic core, homes climb the hills toward Gold Hill and Smith Flat, and rural parcels on the outskirts rely on wells and septic. Wedlisse Plumbers helps homeowners here with the repairs and projects that older homes and foothill terrain tend to call for.

Rural ranch property with large parcels and open land in Rescue, California
El Dorado County

Rescue, CA

Rescue, once known as Green Valley, is a rural corner of El Dorado County where ranchettes, vineyards in the Sierra Foothills growing region, and ranch-style homes spread across larger parcels off Green Valley Road and the Bass Lake exit from Highway 50. Private wells, septic systems and extensive outdoor plumbing come with the territory, and irrigation for pasture, landscaping and vines adds even more line to look after. Wedlisse Plumbers helps homeowners here with the plumbing that comes with acreage and rural living.

Foothill residential neighborhood with mature trees in Diamond Springs, California
El Dorado County

Diamond Springs, CA

Diamond Springs grew up as a Gold Rush town just south of Placerville, and the old part of the community still carries that history in its street grid and its housing. Along and around the historic center you will find early cottages and mid-century homes, while newer subdivisions such as Diamond Springs Estates and the parcels near the Missouri Flat corridor bring a more modern housing stock into the mix. That spread of construction eras is the single biggest thing that shapes plumbing here, because a home from the mining era and a home from the last couple of decades rarely have the same pipe materials, the same fixtures or the same needs.

Sacramento County

Established suburban neighborhoods and newer developments east of Sacramento, where mature landscaping, hard water, and aging sewer laterals in older areas are frequent considerations.

Tree-lined residential street with older and newer homes in Folsom, California
Sacramento County

Folsom, CA

Folsom stretches from the 1850s storefronts and shaded lots around Historic Sutter Street out to the master-planned neighborhoods east of the city, and the plumbing tells that same story of two eras. The old district near the American River holds some of the oldest housing in the region, while Empire Ranch, Broadstone and the newer areas south of Highway 50 were largely built after 2000. Wedlisse Plumbers helps Folsom homeowners with routine repairs and larger projects across both.

Established suburban street with large shade trees in Orangevale, California
Sacramento County

Orangevale, CA

Orangevale traces back to the Orange Vale Colonization Company of the late 1880s, when the area was laid out as an agricultural colony and planted with orange groves. Those roots are still visible in the way the community is built: the lots run large, the streets are quiet and semi-rural, and mature oaks and long-established gardens shade much of the neighborhood. It is that combination of big parcels and old trees that shapes most of the plumbing questions we see here.

Older residential neighborhood shaded by mature oaks in Fair Oaks, California
Sacramento County

Fair Oaks, CA

Fair Oaks is one of the older established communities in Sacramento County, a river town with a real historic center in Fair Oaks Village and neighborhoods shaded by heritage oaks. Around the Village you can still find homes with roots reaching back to the late 1800s and early 1900s, along with Craftsman-style houses and the free-roaming chickens the area is known for. Move out from the core and the housing shifts toward mid-century ranch homes and Spanish Revival properties, most of them built between roughly 1950 and 2000, with the bluff neighborhoods sitting above the American River to the south.

Mix of newer and established residential homes in Rancho Cordova, California
Sacramento County

Rancho Cordova, CA

Rancho Cordova blends busy residential neighborhoods with a large commercial and business presence along the Highway 50 corridor, and its housing reflects that range. On the southeast side, master-planned communities such as Anatolia, Sunridge and the Villages of Zinfandel were largely built from the early 2000s onward, with modern single-family homes and tree-lined streets. Closer to the original town along Folsom Boulevard, and around the former air base at Mather, the housing runs older, and the plumbing along with it.

Gated foothill community among rolling hills in Rancho Murieta, California
Sacramento County

Rancho Murieta, CA

Rancho Murieta is a guard-gated community set among the rolling foothills southeast of the Sacramento area, with the Cosumnes River running through the middle and dividing it into a North and a South side. It is a place of larger homes, two golf courses and a mix of full-time and seasonal residents, and unlike the surrounding countryside it is served by a community water system drawn from the Cosumnes rather than by private wells. That combination of big homes, extensive grounds and part-time occupancy shapes the plumbing questions we hear most here.

Placer County

Upscale foothill communities like Granite Bay along with the Roseville and Rocklin corridor — often larger custom homes with extensive irrigation and a mix of city water and private wells.

Large custom homes among oak-covered hills in Granite Bay, California
Placer County

Granite Bay, CA

Granite Bay sits in Placer County along the western edge of Folsom Lake, an area known for large custom homes, generous lots and gated communities set among oak-covered hills. Many parcels here run from one to several acres, and neighborhoods like Los Lagos, Wedgewood, Ashley Woods and the homes near the lake reflect that scale, with multiple bathrooms, large tubs and extensive landscaping the norm rather than the exception. That size and complexity is what shapes plumbing in Granite Bay.
